I founded Wiresmith Technology after working for several years at National Instruments UK & Ireland. I enjoy pushing the boundaries of LabVIEW both technically but also in terms of software engineering techniques that allow me to produce higher quality software more easily.

I’m a CLA, CLED and LabVIEW Champion. I particularly specialise in NI’s embedded and DAQ platforms (think cRIO, C Series and FPGA). My time at NI also inspired a love of teaching, hence this blog and you can often find me attending or presenting at events like the CLA Summit and CSLUG (Central South LabVIEW User Group).
